I’m passionate about working with women over 40 (maybe that’s you), shed the 20+ pounds, reduce inflammation and feeling amazing in their bodies without endless cardio or giving up their favorite foods. I’ve been on every diet myself and felt “not enough” in my own skin most of my life so I know the trials and tribulations of trying to get your nutrition right and feeling confident your your body. It’s easy to become discouraged by our culture’s message that aging means your best days are behind you. I’m here to not only tell you but show you that just because you are over 40 doesn’t mean the best times are behind you. The years ahead can be the best times of your life and that includes feeling energetic, confident, and sensual in your body.
